• Timeframe: New Jewelry or Art Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. After 30 Days, we will issue a Gift Card. 
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and unworn.
• Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our products. Returns or exchanges due to defects in workmanship will be honored at any time.
• Misuse: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of misuse beyond normal wear and tear.
• Vintage and Estate pieces are excluded from our return policy. All sales are final.

David Rosales Designs by Supersmith includes a lifetime warranty on workmanship. They will repair or replace stones that come loose or fall out during normal wear.

We source our jewelry directly from the artist, designer, or their authorized representative, giving you confidence that each piece is authentic.

Because vintage and estate jewelry has been previously owned and may show natural signs of age or wear, these pieces are sold as-is, without a warranty, and all sales are final.
